It had lovely food, genuinely professional staff and strategic location. The room was amazing and I loved wooden furniture. Tidy and well placed hotel in Fortezza da Basso district. Fantastic service offered in this property too. I had a terrific stay in a long time;))
Facilities were fantastic, even so Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

Can recommend this place. A good base for exploring Florence. Breakfast is sensational, lots of food. Room was large and had comfortable beds. Besides, free Wi Fi worked flawlessly.
